I think it would be a good idea to have a general discussions thread or news. For example I wanted to post a link to the road to vr article, but couldn't decide what part of the forum to post it in.

Maybe have scheduled updates or videos, say once a week. Although news is updated a quite often, it gets people a little more hooked if they know to expect more news soon. Also knowing it will be an ongoing project, keeps people interested more.

In terms of the software itself, I find it hard to suggest anything, you seem to have most if not all bases covered. I didn't expect genuine arcade ambiance or to play the games while still being able to look around and hear the other arcade games!
